had some problems lately first was getting some fuel starvation problems then today i noticed this,,

would this be why my cabby is not starting

Probably. Check there's spark (or not, or a weak one) at the spark plugs, eg by using an extra plug held to earth, on one/all off the ignition leads in turn.

its not good is it, yh its not gonna help matters i would consider replacing lol

as paul_c says, check for a spark off the other leads, but i would def replace your dizzy cap and rotor arm, theyre cheap to replace and would prob solve your problems
