HT Leads?

Phoned vag and they want ?20 for each lead?! Where can i get some?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, didnt know where else it should go?!

BTW, cars an 84 1.6 GTI.

Euro Car Parts do a set for around ?20

Halfords or any other motorspares type shop should do them

Depends what you are after??  I opted for a set of Magnecor high performance leads, apparently they give a stronger spark at the plug.

I personally think there is an improvement in performance, so with that in mind I would recommend them.  They are more expensive than the GSF/Euro ones but by far better quality.

I just got mine from vw for less than ?40… Had to get the ones for an 84 mk2 8v gti (they couldn't get any for my 1600 gti which are exactly the same???)
