How to change injectors / where to get WUR please?

Can someone give me a brief guide on how to remove / replace  injectors.

Also, can someone recommend the best place to get a new WUR, and roughly how much it will be.

I'm having some performance and cold starting issues. I think it must be the WUR. The car starts, but runs poorly when cold. It also feels a bit lumpy, so I'd like to give my injectors a clean and replace the seals.

Assuming its an 8V? WD40 the injector seals beforehand to try and soften them. Lever out the injectors with grips or a 13mm spanner using the valve cover with piece of wood to protect it. Can be tough!

New seals from GSF or VW

New WUR from your nearest Bosch agent, though over ?200. You should try cleaning your current one first as the gauze filters do get blocked.

I would test your system and control pressures before spending any money though.
