How much for engine removal and refit another?

As the title says, roughly, how much would i be looking at for my engine to be removed and a replacement (like for like DX) put in by a competent mechanic, connected up and ready to go?

Scrappies often do it for ?50-100 if you buy the engine from them. A garage would charge their hourly rate and its typically quoted as a 6-8 hour job.
