High tick over

Hello ,for some reason my tick over has increased to just below 2000 rpm ,can anyone advised me on how to set it correctly?

hello, strange to just increase for no reason. check your auxiliary air valve. they let more air through on warm up then close when car has warmed up could be sticking. or could be an air leak in one of the vacuum hoses somewhere allowing more air in. hope that helps. lee

could be the rubber oring on idle screw has gone, mine went right after i went 2.0 bottom end and kept unwinding itself, most annoying
i got one o them big boxes of orings from halfords and used one that was closest fit
