Help what engine

Hi i'm rebuilding my mk1 golf 1983 1.8 8v but having trouble with the engine bits don't seem to match up the head is a 1984 the injector seats seem strange the ones on mine .ihad a box of bits when I bought the car and there is an injector rail in the box what engine would these be from . Has anyone got a pic of a injector seat for a k jet system cheers
