HEAD CONFUSION - PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi, please help as I desperately want my car back on the road before the summer is over!

Warped the heck out of my head which i've taken off and needs replacing. casting no. 026103373F.

Can't find an exact match but a reconned unit 0261003373Q is available and I need to know if it'll fit and if so what changes I'll need to make…

Please help! There's so much about these heads on the net but all contradicting itself and frequently talking about 1.6's when mine is a 1.8 (injection).

part number wont really help you unfortunatly!

basically if its a 1.8 gti head, it will work. only thing is if its a digifant you need to swap the inserts over. the other potential thing is a missmatch for the vac pipe on the back of the head between ports 3 and 4, if this happens just cap it off. oh and if you get early head and you have late injectors the top hats may not go in, if not just rip them off!
