Hard starting and occasional stutt that's getting worse

My gti cab is getting harder and harder to start… i need to press the accelerator to the floor before i can get it to start when cold. It's not so bad when it's warm. It's also starting to stutter and misfire more often, sometimes it's fine but other times it's not. Only seems to do it at lower revs….when flooring it or higher up the revs it's fine. I've changed the dizzy cap and spark plugs. Could this be coil? Gonna change the leads and coil tomorrow.

Any suggestions?

Hi, Post your result when you have changed the coil, I have similar probs, mostly the misfire and I thought about the coil, I have changed cap,leads and plugs.

Sorted....spark plug leads were knackered.
