Have you checked ya fuel tank and fuel filler neck for rust / corrosion.
They often rust then small bits of rust get into fuel lines and fuel system and can cause troubles.
If you search there is a thread on here showing how to get to the fuel tank inspection chamber underneath your rear seats where you can look in (with the aid of a tourch) and see if there is much rust in ya tank
