Fuel pressure problem ??? Need help !

Hello guys , i have a ecabriolet 89 1.8 cis im havibg problem whUen im in first gear under 2000rpm the car have no power very hard to reach 2000rpm after 2000rpm it feel great !

I chek the mark and replace the timing belt , timing ignition , new plugs, new coil, new cap rotor , chek the injectors spray , New fuel hose , test 1 wur and 1 fuel distributor  from a friend , test the fuel pump fluid delivery …  If i plug the wur the car is a bit worst ! Im now running with the wur unplug!  Should it be the injector seal or something erong with my fuel pressure ? Car run rough and rich with the wur plug , if i ajust the idle mixture the car idle perfectly but i have the same problem no power in first gear under 2000rpm !
