Fuel Lines - help! - SORTED!!

Trying to remove the main fuel lines from an 1800 GTI (cabby), and standing here scratching my head - all the length of the car then snaking up through the hole in the front chassis member across the bulkhead and up to the metering head - crazy!!

Does anyone know how to do this? Please!!!

Thanks for that mate - will try bending and if not a cut and stick job - I thought of cutting in the engine bay ( engine is out ) just before the silly bends but then just in time I realised if I ever have a problem with the joint then I have to take the engine out to sort it! Where did you joint yours? Thanks for the help
