Look on Ebay for uprated engine mounts, have read before that uprated O/S engine mount may transfer extra engine noise into the cabin, also look at changing the gearbox mount for the Diesel version from your main dealer

i tell you from experience: if you are going to drive this daily or even want to be comfortable, do not put the poly rear mount in!  i put one in and the vibration was unbearable!  i mean really, unbearable.

best setup in my opinion is poly on the two sides, HD rubber in front and OEM in rear.  i hear stories of the poly front mount actually breaking rad supports, never seen it happen though.

then for your rear mount, maybe a HD rubber but you may regret the poly. they are easy to swap out so you could try the poly then remove it like i did :)  a tip, if you install the rear mount 180 degrees out, it will tilt your engine slightly forward and give you better feel and throttle response on acceleration. i have done it to several cars and it works and i have never seen any negative effects.

no sure where to source the poly sides in the UK, but i have a set here and am getting the part # for you: its 22-505, made by Prothane Motion Control, www.prothane.com, barcode is 36169 02211.  look 4/5ths of the way down the page  in link below and you will see them for 10 US dollars a piece but not sure of postage to the UK. http://store.blackforestindustries.com/enpe1.html

these have to be pressed in, so youll have to pull them and run down to a local shop unless you have a press.

hope this helps!
