Cylinder Block

Guys how hard is it to change the cylinder head on the 1800 gti engine, there isn't a problem with it, the engine itself has only covered 80,000 miles. The problem is the water flange on the side of the head has had its bolt holes redrilled and the flange itself will not line up and can not be re-drilled (a …….mess).

What are my options ?

dead easy really, at the end of the day its only 10 bolts and off it comes!
