I have changed it with one from euro car parts and a febi one but it just continues to fill up. Vw no longer stock them either.
is it a simple case of poor aftermarket sensors or is there something more serious im missing?
Any suggestions/experience with this?
Thanks

As if over full as the coolant warms up it expands and will force it's way through the weakest point first, instead of blowing from the cap.
Could be a poorly made sensor too.

I also just changed the coolant and flushed the system hoping this may help but sadly not.
I have bought yet another sensor so ill see if this works.
If anyone has an original working sensor that they know works for sale i would be interested.
Thanks
