Compatability of Metering heads

Can someone help?

Can the Bosch K Jetronic metering head from a DX engine be applied to a JJ engine without any mods?
Any constructive feedback would really be appreciated

looking at ETKA JJ is basically identical to DX, all the main DX parts also listed for JJ

looking at it JJ is a DX with EGR? Seems to be the only real difference
