temp issue:-
what temp should oil and water be at

oil on dig read out is about 108-114 on idle once up to temp? is that rite
once rolling on road drops to about 100

water temp on dial is running just over ( a needles width ) the led temp warning light?

i believe 100 degrees is about right for a warm 8v, 110-120 for a 16v.

as for coolant temp, it should run overtop the light so that sounds good too.

your starting problems sound like fuel delivery or mixture. probably mixture since it runs out good once started.

thats my .02 worth.
