Dont get caught our by the dots on the cam pully as some have a mark which is 180 degrees out.
I suggest a comeplete timing check. Make sure the enignes on TDC, the disi rotor arm is lined up with the disi mark, and the cam is on the correct dot.
We spent a few hours after fitting a vernier pulley towing a car up and down the road and it wouldn;t start then realised it had two dots - one of which was 180 degrees out - guess which one we had timed up on
