camshaft - is this standard or uprated

hello all,

ive just done the cambelt change on my 1.8 gti cabby and whie the rocker cover was off i was checking the camsshaft. Not sure if its me but they look very new and also d the peaks look very pointy and high which would leave me to think this was aftermarket.

i mean the car is very very nippy but this is my first mk1 so im not sure what to expect speed wise.

The lobes look very much like an uprated cam mate, Theres a DX camshaft on ebay, compare the profiles

Actually just looking throug the middle of two middle lobes it has the vw Audi sign so maybe they are standard

And looking at the left edge of the pic the ID "G" is visible. Std 1.8i hydro cam; 10.2mm lift

EDIT: Std 1.8i hydro cam; 10.2mm lift, suitable for the 4 bearing K-Jet head
