1600 idling badly

When cold the car idles eratically, the rev counter is all over the place (low down only though). It feels like it is going to stall and then picks up again.

When on a run it goes fine is constant.

Any reasons?

5th injector, mounted on left side of inlet with blue plug.

Check wires as I have found broken wires before
