Which oil and spark plugs should i use just the normal

there has been much debate about types of oil to use on here some say synthetic others multigrade etc etc
as for plugs i use 3 electrode NGKs and had no probs.

my advise for what its worth is, oil use a good quality multigrade these engines where not designed for totally synthetic oil that's not to say it would do any harm but these engines are not state of the art all singing and dancing like new ones.
my big tip is change oil and filter about every say 6 months or 3000 miles
use good quality plug leads and give air filter a look at

I'm sure this has been covered before, but, doesn't fully synth damage the oil seals ?

dont think it would damage them just that the mk1s seal will be a bit tiered so the gd oil mite just pass through them...haha....... i ususally use 15/40w......... i ur either shell helix or halvoilean......... both gd stuff...... dont see the point in spendin 25 bucks on gastol when its going to use it up anyway... just my thoughs like... up to u in the end???????
