1.8 gti distributer part number help

Hi all. I have a golf cabby gti which seems to have developed a dizzy problem. Ive sourced a second hand one which looks identical but the vw part number differs slightly from my original one.
They both share the vw number 026 905 205 but the two ending letters are different, the original ending in AK and the one ive found ends in AG.

If anyone can help I just want to know if this dizzy ive found will be suitable for my car?

I would say without looking them up that they are inter-changeble, 99% sure. The AG and AK are minor changes made to the base part, like a screw, clip, Hall design, seal, etc. and I doubt would effect the use of it in your car. Compare the two real close for anything that stands out or looks different, if you don't see anything then go a head and use it. If you want to wait a while someone or myself can look the numbers up and see for sure.
