1.8 20v turbo cylinder head advice please

Hi all,

The exhaust cam has nipped up on my 1800 T. It needs a new head but I'm having a nightmare locating one.

Is there another head from a different engine code that will fit?

The engine code is AVJ.

bare head used on loads of cars, in particular its the same as used in the VW ARZ and AUM engine, and the complete head with cams same as AUM if that helps :)
