1.6 abf swap

hey guys im planning on fitting an abf to my mk1 and i could do with knowing what  parts i need in regards to the loom and ecus ect i no this must of been asked hundreds of time but im strugling to find the info cheers Ben.

is it a 1.6 gti? if its got the early glass/ceramic fusebox i would recommend you change the entire wiring loom for a later mk1/cabby/rocco one. the early fusebox just isnt suitable for EFI, believe me I tried making one and it ended badly

you need just the engione loom from the abf, plus the ecu and the bit of loom on the block itself. basically if it has the ecu plug and fusebox plugs on thats everything you need from the abf wiring wise.  if its a 96 ecu you also need the immob box with a matched key, plus the loom from it
