wont start need help

1.6 diesel new glow plugs fuel to all 4 injectors fully charged battery all wiring fine no heater light on dash and dont think the plugs are glowing i'm confused help!!!!

if the light isnt coming on check the glow plug relay in the fuse box if that aint working it wont start, i had it go on mine a while back

the relay is clicking when you half turn the key but no light
