Which oil pressure sensor? 1978 1457cc

Hi All,

Need a little help!  Noticed that the oil pressure sensor bolted to the top right hand side of the engine block is dripping oil onto the water hose beneath it.  I have removed said oil pressure sensor, and discovered the part number handily stamped onto the underside of the fixing nut  

What has thrown me is the pressure rating that is similarly stamped there:

"oü -0.15 0.45 bar 822 021 919 081 C"

This is a Bosch part and the colour of the plastic insulation is cream/yellow/oily beige!
 
I have found replacement parts available with the same back end of the part code (i.e. 919 081 C) rated at 0.30 bar, supposedly for this very engine.  

-0.15 + 0.45 = 0.3?

Just wondering if such a part would be suitable as a replacement?
