What Oil

Any ideas what grade of oil is the correct specification to use in my 1990 Cabby?  Engine number is EX067064?

10w40 is what i use, quantum synta silver or fuchs titan

Thanks.  Halfords are doing an offer for 4 litres of Castrol Magnetic 10W40 Fully Synthetic for £17.50.  I think this is a good price but is 4 litres enough for an oil change with a new filter?

I think ex engines take 3.4 litres of oil, I think you should be fine
