Weber carb question

Took my car to have the carb looked at and the garage offered me salvaged Webber to replace my pierburg.. sounds good..but..

The model is - Weber-9784 35/32  :dontknow:

Checked online and this is a for an 1.6 8v, mine is a 1.8 clipper 1987 will it fit or cause issues?

i think the carbs are the same but they are jetted differently for the 2 engines

Weber-9784 35/32 was this the part number on the car as i've not heard of a 35/32 weber :dontknow:

out of interest how much is he offering you the carb for??
