weber 32 34 flooding

hi all, ive recently fitted a weber carb on my golf cabby, but on start up it seem to run realy rough, today after a short trip i removed the air filter to find fuel dripping into the secondary venturi, i think this explains my problem , has anybody come across this before and is there a known cure, thanks rob
