Webber carb for Mk1

Hi guys,

do you know of any place where I could get a cheap webber carb.  I'm getting quoted ?227 at the mo and was wondering if I could get one for a cheaper price. I've got a Mk1 1.8 clipper cabriolet.

My last golf was a clipper and I was quoted even more! I believe that the original item is obsolete now and that the webber is far better anyway.
 My advice?; if your can get it fitted by a professional at a competitive labour charge then bite the bullet and get it done.
