Recon head DIY

Hi people, if I had a spare head and I wanted to totally rebuild it, exactly what would I need? All new valves, guides, seals and springs what else lol?

Also where is a good place to get all the bits from?

you should only neeed new stem steals

you would have to check the tolerances with the rest of the stuff before you decide to replace it as it may be perfectly fine

the only thing that cannot be done easily DIY is skimming the head flat
