Oil leak from dizzy

Hi all,

Do ya know what seal is likly to go on the dizzy and how easy to change?

Yep mines leaking and needs sorting. did not want to whip the dizzy out untill i have me info needed.

It's an absolute doddle, all it is, a paper ring about 40 mm diameter, fits right at top of hole in block and the dizzy actually turns around on it when timing is adjusted,thats what wears them away, hence the leak!.
On my GTI it had completely worn away and i didn't realize there should be one there! ops:
