not running for more than a few seconds(1.5gx)

hi,i need help asap,my 1983 1.5gx isnt running for more than a few seconds :cry: ,its got a brand new fuel pump on it but there is no fuel coming through and if any does come through its just a trickle and then its gone again,please help,also could it be the sender?

you have to pull up the rear seat theres a black round cover under that is the fuel pick up.
check in side the tank WITH A TORCH bet you either got rust or water in your tank or both

found out there was silicone in the fuel pipes so dont know why that was there,probably the last owner

could be blocked exhaust system too
