MRO 171919825B Switch/ hose connections?

Hello all,

             I am new here, and am in the process of trying to get my 1987 VW Cabriolet (Wolfsburg Edition) running correctly. The first thing I have run across is the part MRO 171919825, or some people say upshift vacumn switch, others say cold start enrichment vacumn switch. I want to know where the vacumn hoses connect to with pictures if possible. My VW service repair manual only covers up to 1984's. I am going to purchase the 1987 Service manual hopefully soon. Thanks for any help. I have many more questions, but want to take care of this one first.

I only wish my engine bay looked like that. I have found out so far that I am missing the Evaporitive emission vacumn switch and a couple other ones. Still looking up numbers and have placed an order for a Bentley service manual. I hope it helps also. It did when I owned my 1984 VW GTI Rabbit. (I miss that car)
