LEAK!!

Hiya people,

I need some help, i went to my boyfriends the other day and when i left i noticed a leak was comin under my car. As i noticed it i was keeping a eye on where i had been parking and nothing had been coming out.
On sunday I did quiet a bit of driving around and monday morning i noticed the leak had started again but was quite alot this time and had come from under the car and drizzled to the side.

I have checked my oil levels and they are fine the i checked under the car to see where the leak was coming from and got a picture. its in the centre of the car

I have got a feeling its coming from the sump.

is it still ok to drive?

yeah just keep an eye on your oil level. Could be coming from the sump plug or sump gasket just check its not running down onto the sump from somewhere else.

Have put some thing under the car to catch the drips, or have you put your hand under to catch some before it hits the floor? You need to confirm weather its oil, petrol or water. This is the first task.

Sorry for been cock sure of myself but
First
I can see petrol leaking from the tank
Also the smell of petrol
And the fact the road ( tar) looks wet and oiley
Cos that's what happens to tar when
U get petrol or diesel on it
Beware next the road (tar) will  start to crumble

I looked. I had a water leak on mine once but it had travelled as liqued always runs to the lowest point it can. I got told a hole in the washer bottle to head gasket gone. At the end of all that i diagnosed it myself at home and it was the plastic cover that goes into to block for the coolant. A £12 repair.

If your right, well done fella.
