Idiots Guide Please,,,

For changing a timing belt on a 1.8 1991 cabrio carb model.
I have checked the search and read it all but would really appreciate an idiots guide a la rebuilding the front end thread ( which has been a lifesaver by the way).
I have a haynes, but the photo guides on here are a million miles better.

I'm afraid I did the timing belt before I started doing the guides - the Haynes is just about enough to get you through though, just take your time and mark everything up and you should be fine

where are you from mate? if in the northwest i wouldnt mind lendin advise
