Help with Golf one mods please

hello, i am new in this. i need some help with my car, it is a golf  1. it is a 1600 crab.
I want to put a 36 Weber carb in it, port and gas flow the head with bigger stainless steel valves and a 288 cam, can you tell me how many KW and NM will i get…..Please help….

i'm sure there is someone out there that may be able to give you a rough estimate, but i'm not sure running a car through "crabs" is a good idea
