Help! setting timing.

I'm currently changing my cam belt and am not sure the old belt is on right at the first place. if anyone could tell me where the 3 gears need to line up properly i would be really greatful.

I'm guessing:
1.the camshaft will be lined up to the valve cover gasket which both valves closed on n.1 cylinder.
2.the rotor arm will need to line up with something somewhere???
3.would the mark on the flywheel line up the crankshaft?
