Help, 1.8 EX not starting - no spark

Post

Hi all, hoping someone can help. I've just undertaken a camshaft swap and done the timing belt at the same time and now the car will not start. It seems that there is no spark.
The timing was correct before I removed the timing belt and have checked the timing again however now it seems I have no spark. I've checked the spark on cylinders 2 and 3 and getting nothing. I've checked the fuses nothing gone. I'm now thinking to check the coil. Any help much appreciated

As you have fitted a different cam shaft are you looking at the right timing marks on the cam shaft drive cog? They use the same cog on the intermediate shaft so there is a couple of marks on the cog.
