gear box oil leak .help !!!!

just pulled my mk1 1.8 gti back of the drive to give it a run and there is a puddle of gearbox oil on the floor
has eny one had eny experience with this
needles to say i didn't go for a spin

do you have eyes? if so, go have a look. it could be anything!

charming. if you cant see where the oil is, how do you expect us to remotely spot it over the internet?

clean everything up underneath then keep an eye on it to see if you can see any fresh oil dribbles. if its leaking enough to leave you with a pool under the car, it should be pretty obvious where its coming from
