DIRT
ok where shall i start, i have got a 93 clipper and i had a problem where the car kept dying after a good five minute drive, so i replaced the carb to a weber, and still had the problem, so then i replaced the fuel neck and removed the fuel tank and cleaned it, also changed the fuel filter, so after about 1 month and say about 250 miles i had the same problem yesterday and found that there was shed loads of dirt in the filter, so i changed the filter today and done about 5 miles and, it done it again, so know i have got it home, found little dirt in the filter but not enough to change it again.
what can be the problem :dontknow:
please help

It's Electrical
Possibly failure of the ignition hall sender or other electronic ignition parts . As you have carried out all fuel possible checks this is the next step . Intermittant ignition faults are a pain , car runs then dies leave it for a while starts again runs for days maybe weeks then same again .
Study the ignition part in Haynes manual and follow the checks .
Cheers ………….

What i meant was if you been through the fuel system like a 'fine tooth comb' Your next port of call must be electrical .
Simple test for you next time it conks out look at the fuel filter is it full or empty ? Full not fuel problem , empty fuel problem , air lock , pump etc .
Then whip off a plug lead and see if you have a nice fat meaty spark . If not ignition , intermitant problem .
Stay happy you will get to the bottom of it
