cold start problems

I am struggling know whit a new problem this time all my timing marks on the car is on there places but when the car is cold it starts but doesn't want to idle and it also doesn't want to ref. If i get it to idle and it gets warm the i can ref it and when it is on running temp the car run very nice but when its cold it sound like it has a miss in it what can be the problem, is it the module or can it be the distributer  :dontknow:

It'll probably be the warm up enrichment mechanism. Which carb do you have? If you have the peirberg carb thay have a rather dodgy choke on them?

If not, your ignition timing might be slightly out. Try setting up the timing with a light, and match it to what ever fuel you are using.
