changing carbs

ive got a keihen(cant remember the spelling) carb and its died. ive been looking around and is it possible to put a pitsburg carb on.

The pierberg carb (if you have the right one), is the original fit to the 1.8 golfs, but the auto choke on them is a bit dodgey so I hear. The one you want is the weber carb with the manual choke. Thats more reliable apparently.

hi mate ive got a weber for a 1.6 if you want it. its for sale in the engine and running  gear section. check it out i want 100 for it. supposed to be more responsive than the pieburg.
