carb upgrade for 1.5?

what would be a sufficant upgrade for a 1.5(1457cc)??


i know nothing about carbs so all comments and help welcomed with open arms

Hi Cal,
         Firstly, where are you based bud, as i will fit it for you fella if you have any probs fitting.
Short and simple bud, replace it with a weber 36tlp carb, i buy brand new as then you don't have any worries, plus finding a 2nd hand one for a 1.5 can be hard.
Paid ?211 for mine brand spank, but they are well worth it, you'll notice once fitted.
always fit webers to my golfs, can't beat em, unless obviously you have a gti lol
