regional display stands

can we do a themed regional display?
maybe a small prize for the best stand?
do it on the saturday and the prize could be a case of beer or something.

Yep, thought so.

We'd discussed this with regional reps and didn't have much feed back or enthusiam. A5OPY spoke to quite a few folk.

But…..

IF you would like to volunteer and organise it then please contact me or Steve and we'll discuss options.  :wink:

whats to organise.
every region picks a theme and does it themselfs.

a vote on the best stand or a quick judging by an impartial party.
job done.

Lets put it this way the North West Massive, (The Original and Best Region),
WILL be doing a display, so come and have a go other regions if you think your big and good enough.
The best display wins a prize which I will donate.

not just regional displays will eb welcome, but also club displays

so if you belong to any other clubs - get them along too and have a good display - its not juts a show for mk1's only, its a show for all dubbers with a passion for the mk1..- but remember to book your club-display pitch with me - emailto bookings vwgolfmk1 .org.uk for more info and to sort the pitch

THAT mess was 100% down to YOU….. it looked like cat sick!!!!!

At least I had the decency to run into the trees and give it the 2 finger treatment… better out than in!!!!  

I've learnt from THAT night never to drink Stella…….
1. It makes you dance silly
2. It make me sick
3. It doesn't taste nice
4. It makes it rain (heavily) the next morning

Looks like I'm going to have to bring a second car down as well for club stuff so there'll be plenty of room in it for a few extra 'luxuries'….
