You will be fine mate… even if something does go wrong, nurse it to the AGM and I bet someone will know what's wrong with it
Or if it isn't working just brig another car… doesn't matter what you drive there with mate… just matters you turn up and enjoy yourself

I have never been to an event like this before….
Just brought up the subject with the mrs about coming for the weekend.. she is warming to the idea…
My only problem is room in my cabby for everything.. 2 adults 2kids, tent, pram and sleeping bags
Does anyone know if I could just turn up with the Cabby, the Mrs, 2 kids under 5, tent and sleeping bags and rely on getting all my food and drinks there?
cheers
Tony

From what I can see there are food stalls drinks etc there. There is also a Tesco near by according to one of the organisers so you shouldn't go hungry/thursty :dontknow:

cheers spud.
Come to think of it I am not even sure the pram will fit on the back shelf. gonna check when I get home..
My 2nd thoughs are to bring both or cars (paying double); or inviting some friends and they can bring their car too and stash the pram in theirs
is there a restriction on tent size….seen this tent

There are some food outlets about 1/4 mile away (no sprinting! ) and I saw some stalls on site but I don't know whats been arranged with the racecourse as to them opening. :dontknow:
The size of tent doesn't matter because the field is enormous - the bigger the tents that do come will mean that someone is going to have a loooong walk because they'll spread further down the grass!!!
That tent you linked to PNERivage would be fine size wise.
What kind of pram do you have? I used a McClaren folding pram for Amy and that fit into the boot of a cabby just fine.
