update time,oil cooler fitted,oil filter housing fitted to block,new turbo oil feed pipe fitted,and……………………………..engine fitted 8-)

right then update finally,i got the fuel pipes on and the new banjo fittings arrived,got the master and servo fitted,all bled up and work fine,





mounted the vacuum control box in the rain tray



then my tool arrived from ebay to flare the intercooler pipes so i started to get it all in,got the kit off the bay 120 quid,the tool works well,stops the hoses blowing off

got a forge map sensor pipe so fitted that in to the boost pipe,





then mounted the cooler and done some piping



sent the return under the cooler fits well

Like that intercooler Bert, want to put a better one on mine sometime without butchering the front panel, That looks rather tidy, where from and how much if you don't mind me asking.

And ebay for the wheels,£68 quid for them,was chuffed how cheap they were,40 quid posting and they came in 3 days!

update time,finally finished the intercooler piping



found a perfect bottom hose off a peugeot with the right bends



then went to fit the fan cowl and it dont go in so i ordered a polo 1.2 rad fan after looking at one when i was fixing it



it bolts to the rad itself
