Good gearbox specialist? Diff knocking & the odd crunch

So I think when I park my clipper up this winter I really need to take the gearbox out and get it refurbished, when you come on/off the power you get a loud clunk and with the car raised the noise is coming from backlash in the diff, also when cold in the mornings if you're not gentle you'll get a crunch into 2nd and 4th, I'm in Brighton/Sussex if anyone knows anyone good?
