Hi guys,

Does anyone have the same configuration as me? jetex 2.5" exhaust with supersprint manifold 60mm 4-2-1?

I'm having problems with the manifold connection as per my pic:

The manifold pipe is too small and can't see where i can mount my lambda sensor?

Does anyone know where I can buy exhaust parts? I guess I need the correct 2 bolt flange assembly.

trouble is knowing what to get, in the end i went to local motor factors with the parts above and they kindly rummaged thru all their kits to find what i wanted. some random pug i think for mine but no telling if same as yours!

tbh looking at it since you'll have to get a reducer plus have a hole drilled and a boss welded in for lambda it may be worth gettign shot and buying another (maybe see about jetex make so it fits the rest of system?)

hi John,

I messed around with the jetex kit and found an insert the right size.

I had some stainless wire and  I've welded the insert to the centre section. Also welded 2 lambda bosses on.

Cheers

Rich

I'm going to get an exhaust place to change my silencer as I don't like the tailpipe.

I will have a look at flexi joints and see if I can get them to weld one in.

Thanks

Rich
