Autocavan brake linkage.....

Just wondering if anyone out there has one of the old Autocavan "Superbrake" linkages fitted to a Mk1?

If you do please would you measure and let me know the torque tube diameter and the lever lengths at each end….

I am thinking about designing a kit and getting it manufactured, but want some base dimensions that work to work from.

Hes not the only one!!! m6m62 also has a brand new Autocavan linkage set up,asked him a long time back to sell it to me but hes hangin onto it.I could`ve got one a few yrs back for £80 but i only had my LHD mk1 at the time and it was no good to me so i turned it down,but im kicking myself now as im building a G60 track/hillclimb car thats RHD and wished i got it then.Ive tracked down a guy who used to work at Autocavan,and hes still good mates with Geoff who owned Autocavan,i asked him to ask Geoff if he still had the design prints to copy for me and send them over.He said he thinks he still has them and will have a look.Sent him a couple of replies since but not since had a reply.I said also if he wasnt interested in sending me the prints would he consider re-manufacturing them.His reply was that even yrs ago they cost him a packet to have them made it would simply not be worth it even now!But he did say that Geoff still had his very own Autocavan race car still in his garage and hopefully one day would find the time to eventually get round to restoring it back to its former glory!

I was going to stick a bid on that,if i win it im going to copy them and punt a few out!I reckon it can be dont quite easy,got a mate whos got all the machinery in his engineering workshop!

Sorry for what is no doubt a silly , but what does/will this kit actually do? Just improve pedal feel?
Any other advanatges?

I would say there would be a good bit of interest in them if theybwere made again, can't see them costing that much to make really!
