Daz, I saw it said camping only for trade stands but I have an email from the organiser saying that we can camp.

Have spoken today to Gra.(aka Yomp) he's bringing some logs for the chimney!

Do you need anymore logs?? dont want the fire dying…..reckon we could wrap 2 gazebos around the chimnea and put the side panels on to warm it all up

Logs…fire….good weather…in answer to pm's i'm defo camping! I'm thinking a can of beer will be good too!  Daz - what time you going? I'll meet up with you on the way if you like- what time can we pitch up?

It  says in the email between 3 and 7 on the sat.

I'm bringing my T5 van and trailer and will have 2 burner stove with 6kg gas bottle, tea/coffee / bacon butty making facilities.

I should get the club gazebo friday which I think is 4 x 3m with sides.
I got the flag
I'll bring a table and a few chairs.

When I pick the gazebo up off Lawsy I will see if he has any of the free Footman James mugs left so we're not fighting over cups!

I think A5OPY may bring some merchandise not 100% on that one though.

All mugs were given out over the weekend - i think a coupel who went on the rally missed out as well as there wasnt quite enough!!

Can we meet peoples on way as stupid to go all way up M6 to clubhouse when we live Solihull.  How about some services on M5 somewhere.  Im crap at motorways and which way goes where! ops:  Just let me know time and place.  So far I think Bert and Corky ….. are going from clubhouse on Sunday. Thanks Gammy for pass and Good bloody luck to the die hard campers!!!! :clap:
